Occupational health and safety has also become an integral part of our company operations. As a business and employer, we take the mental health of our staff very seriously. To reflect this, we now have four mental health first aiders and one dedicated mental health champion to offer support to staff.

We have also signed the mental health charter for the Lighthouse Club, pledging to provide awareness and understanding of both good mental health and mental ill health, reducing stigma and discrimination and encouraging conversation in the workplace.

As a member of many associations and trade bodies, our dedication to safety and innovation on highways across the globe is evident. Our directors sit on many boards and advisory councils, including Safer Highways.
