Highway Care’s FALCON Automated Cone Laying Machine (ACLM) is the first of its kind to successfully complete both off and on-road trials as part of Highways England’s Innovation project and is now endorsed for use on the strategic road network (SRN).

Project Overview Phase 1 of the A309 project started in March 2021 and involved upgrading the existing barrier in the central reservation on the Kingston Bypass to current standards, as the existing barrier was near to reaching its life expectancy.
