Adrian started in weed control at Highway Care before studying Mechanical Engineering at University, continuing to be employed at weekends.

Re-joining full time as technical manager he developed the BG800 range before becoming a director five years ago.

Having joined Highway Care in 2003, post leaving college, Ben has served 16 years in a number of roles throughout the business. Ben undertook roles in Sales, Project and Product Management, before in 2010, embarking on the successful development of Highway Care’s international business in the Middle East and Australasia.

Appointed to the Board in 2013, Ben progressed to Commercial Sales Director and more recently, Business Development Director, overseeing Highway Care’s innovative highway products and security sales across the globe.
