"Great! What is it that you enjoy most about your job?" A: My role is so varied and also I'm in a completely new industry now so there is always something new to learn about.

"How about you, what’s your biggest achievement to date – personally or professionally?" A: Restoring my classic mini. (TELL US MORE!)

A: Sure! The work I've done so far has consisted of stripping it back to a bare shell, welding in new panels whilst also replacing and up-rating the running gear, subframes and suspension. Not forgetting respraying, tuning the engine and giving it a spruce with all new interior! It's been a big job but it's definitely worth it in the end!

"WOW! We're impressed!"

"Like all of us, we have our frequently used phrases so, what are you most likely to say at work/at home?" A: I’ll do it later

"And, what are you least likely to say at work/at home?" A: I’ll do it now

"In three words, how would you describe your job role at Highway Care?" A: Customer-focused, technical and essential.

"If you could switch roles with someone at Highway Care for the day, who would it be?" A: A member of the operations team, so that I can see my work on from a different perspective.

"Finally, what would you say is your biggest professional challenge"? A: Being too critical of myself Thank you so much for taking part in our 'Meet our Employees' article Alex!
