Overview
Highway Care has worked with Newton & Frost Fencing Ltd who installed a Tertu TimberRail T22 Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) in 1-4 metre lengths with surface-mounted posts. The system features a specifically designed concrete ground beam and resin anchor installation of the vertical posts. The system was designed to provide excellent levels of protection along the cliff edge while complimenting the natural aesthetics of this picturesque coastal development.
Solution
Highway Care were approached by Newton & Frost Fencing Ltd to supply a TimberRail T22 VRS solution. The VRS was to run along a cliff edge and complement the coastal surroundings of the new housing development.
After working closely with the customer to design a solution which fulfilled their requirements, as well as offering additional benefits, we have provided a Tertu T22 in 1-4 metre lengths with surface-mounted posts. The system also features a specifically designed concrete ground beam and resin anchor installation of the vertical posts. This solution is CE marked to provide longevity, and carries excellent green credentials, being fully recyclable.
